Seagate Technology announced the successful completion of interoperability testing for its 2.5-inch first serial attached SCSI (SAS) Savvio hard disc drive. Seagate Technology will present research findings pointing toward data storage densities of 50 terabits per square inch or more at the American Physical Society (APS) conference on March 25.
